I hereby give my explicit consent to Windissimo and its organizers (Klarinetissimo z.s., Jaroslav Škuta, and Zuzana Čajková):

1. To publish photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings of the participant on social media platforms (including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and others) and on official websites.
2. To publish the participant’s name in connection with photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings on social media platforms (including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and others) and on official websites.

Information regarding this consent

This consent is granted to Windissimo and its organizers (Klarinetissimo z.s., Jaroslav Škuta, and Zuzana Čajková) for the entire period of the participant’s involvement in these courses and workshops.

I understand that providing this consent is voluntary and that I may withdraw it at any time.

I further acknowledge that if I believe the photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, or related personal data are being used in an inappropriate manner, I may request an explanation from the organizers and, where appropriate, request that the data controller or processor take corrective action or remove the relevant content.
